The Therapist is amazing, and tunes in to you as a person. All the staff and very friendly, welcoming and personable. The salon itself is also lovely, high attention to detail and a great range of hair and beauty services. On this warm reception and care given to me during the treatments I have further booked myself in for a haircut, a facial, pedicure, manicure and a head a shoulder massage all before Christmas. “Was in earlier today to return a faulty item. I spoke with a really helpful staff member who alerted the tills and a manager that I would be down at the tills soon. This cut my time down as well as the waiting time for others in the queue. At the tills Nina was really friendly, polite and helpful. I shop here a fair amount and on this day in particular the staff were class, not that they aren’t normally!”
