We bought a donnor kebab at yesterday night and it smells we came back tomorrow but they said it’s his own smell but it’s not and very Baad in taste

Regardless of the reviews I tried here and was quite happy until I ordered a kebab with lots of salad and sauce. And it came with nothing. I didn't eat it and called them the next day. I wasn't being rude but an irate woman came on phone started shouting I put it on I know what I did. Then a guy came on and I said I have it right here I didn't eat it. He said he would send a driver. I said am I getting a new one he said well I need to see it first. I was raging! So driver came tried to give me a new one and took the other away. I told him to take the new one cause I didn't trust it after thier attitude. Said I wanted a refund but he said I gave you a fresh one. And I said after telling me you weren't and frankly don't trust what you could have done to it after that awful attitude. Needless to say I didn't get a refund! Never again attitude stinks!
Used to swear by this takeaway. Food always on point and tasteful! The naan breads are lovely! But I always end up with dodgy stomach the next morning and spend the next day on the bowl. Same thing happens to my family when they eat it. I'm a vegan so I only eat non meat and non dairy products, whilst my family eat the meat and milky sauces. I always put it down to us Scots not being too good with spices. However I tried another local place recently and I don't get the same issues with them despite ordering the exact same food?! Either way I'd still eat out of here, but it's made me raise my eyebrow...
I ordered a large pakora and a Manzil special kebab, king size, was told delivery would take between 30-40 mins, it’s approximately about 5-7 mins drive to our house, food eventually arrived, 1hour and 15 mins later (quite cold) kebab meat from skewer I could have used to resole my old boots and perhaps the delivery driver cycled and that’s why he charged me £4 delivery charge!!! Was recommended this place but never again
Absolutely brilliant service and food, not your usual over greasy take-away you get, from most take aways place's these days, staff are really nice and go above and beyond with their professional and kind attitude, would highly recommend. Thank you very much all, enjoyed from start to finish. Will definitely be back

Phoned at 9.50 and I am still waiting at 10.30 if I hadn't paid by card I would have cancelled it. Said there had been an accident with the pakora sauce could we not have had our delivery and Brought the sauce later. Also advised they were making our order again. Eventually arrived it is not hot marginally warm. Most definitely not a fresh meal . I very much doubt I would order again.
