   Came here earlier in the year to get an ombré look, my hair was taken very light and looked healthy and decent. The next day when the wax had disappeared from my hair and I brushed it through my hair began to break off in large amounts and then I saw I had a line across my hair rather than a blended ombré. Was told on consultation the price would come to £113 for highlights, the lower bleaching a treatment and toner, on the appointment, getting it done I didn't get highlights nor did I get the toner but it still came to £113. We tried to phone about it and see what could be done but was told that it would have to be the manager we spoke to however any time phoning the manager wasn't there.

   I have had now two back and shoulders massage's and more. I can definitley say that they are the best in my experience of receiving a wide range of complimentrary therapies from various sources. The Therapist is amazing, and tunes in to you as a person. All the staff and very friendly, welcoming and personable. The salon itself is also lovely, high attention to detail and a great range of hair and beauty services. On this warm reception and care given to me during the treatments I have further booked myself in for a haircut, a facial, pedicure, manicure and a head a shoulder massage all before Christmas. They do not overcharge, they price well with a very high quality and friendly service. Thank you for looking after me so well. I'm a regular now!
