She has the most lovely calming presence and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed and the chat is great too! I love the heated bed, and her room always looks and smells fabulous, so relaxing and inviting. Booking is so easy as she has an online booking system and on the odd occasion I've not found an appointment that suits me, a wee message to her FB page and I am booked in, she always does her best to accommodate you.”
