“My son is 4 years old and has a genuine fear of having his hair cut/ (shavers are a nono to him) he has sensory issue's. I took him here on Friday and all of the staff, various customers were so encouraging, kind and supportive. I noted the barber doing his hair ( there was so so much of it) had a very good approach, using a counting technique and he managed to give him a fantastic cut with shavers! This may not seem like a big deal, but for a wee boy with sensory issue's it was a big deal to me of the success. Not only the fantastic hair cut, my 4 year old enjoyed his experience amd seeing his hair cut so much, he began to really enjoy having it done and has demanded he has once a month and a hot shave. The shop was also very clean, plenty of barber's to prevent waiting, stylish and a nice atmosphere. To all the staff and strangers that helped , I'm very grateful.
