Abi was great, really excited to have free reign on my hair and she didnt disappoint. It's easy to manage and thats exactly what I needed. Lovely experience from start to finish, the head and shoulder massage always a welcome addition along with the tea and biscuits.
Chloe is a fabulous stylist and knows what I like. With RRI EK having limited Crazy Color options she gave me 3 colours she knew I'd like and we settled with dark blue & a light blue money piece. The treatments recommended have very much brought life back to my hair too.
I had gone from long hair to short and had a first cut with another salon. I was so unhappy with it. I decided to go to the Rainbow Room in EK where the lovely Megan did a wonderful cut on my hair. She knows her stuff. And the head and shoulder massage is amazing. Thank you Megan.
Love the rainbow rooms. Lisa is wonderful and a really talented hair stylist. She gave me the exact cut I wanted and always checks in that you are happy with the length and style. She also gives great hair advice. 10/10
Had an appointment for a cut and blow dry this morning with Holly and I am over the moon with the results. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for in the cut and explained the process of how she was going to achieve the look I was hoping for. Looking forward to my next appointment. Would highly recommend!!
This was my first visit to the salon and won't be my last. Lisa made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. Lisa took time to discuss my options before starting and explained what she was doing throughout the visit. Lisa was also happy to take time to answer some questions I had. Cannot recommend enough! Holly cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted it after having a terrible haircut elsewhere. Won't be venturing elsewhere after my lovely experience which included a toasty cup of hot chocolate, a soothing massage, and a good chat!
Adrian is so knowledgeable and such a talented hairdresser. He provided a very detailed consultation with various options for my hair discussed. Amazing cut… I absolutely love it!
