“Great pub, great service, brilliantly run. Came in on Thursday evening and not as busy as expected but got busier when we were in and I must admit the teams level of attentiveness didnt falter, they still kept on top of everything. The manager on shift who i was later told was the pub manager, worked as hard if not harder than everyone else to show how to lead from the front and by example. It was refreshing to see especially after our previous visit to another venue close by. I must say it is hard to believe they are the same company with the same standards etc. Like night and day and I know which one i will be frequenting in future.”

“This TK MaxX is much more neat and tidy than many others I’ve visited. I just visited it and I was impressed, all around it you can meet boys and girls arranging the items and it is much easier to find nice things when it is well arranged not messy. Great one, thanks to the staff”

“I bought a new Apple Ipad yesterday and paid for all my information to be transferred over. When I got home I noticed that none of my outlook /mailbox info had transferred. I returned to the East Kilbride store and a lovely young girl called Katie spent a long time trying to transfer the data. Thankfully with a lot of patience and persistence, she managed to do it. I cant thank her enough. She was brilliant.”

And there is another lady who used to work on the Healthcare section who has now moved into cosmetics who any store would be so lucky to have. I didn’t catch her name, but has tattoos & undercut. So helpful, great advice. If only all shop staff could be taught by these ladies!”

Was served off of an English woman with curly hair (didn't catch her name) but she was so exceptionally kind and courteous to us that it made our night - thank you!
