William was on top form helped us out when we needed our fix of our BK tonight asset to the company so he is and he was filling in for somebody as far as I can remember my wagyu was spot on and so was the chips n Fanta raspberry cheers William we'll see you again another time

Ordered a meal for the family tonight (08.11.25) as our local McDs was closed for refurb, so we took a detour to BK instead. Was served off of an English woman with curly hair (didn't catch her name) but she was so exceptionally kind and courteous to us that it made our night - thank you! Hope you get to see this, an absolute credit to BK! :).
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited Burger King today and was really impressed with the service. I spent around £30 on food for the family and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The manager was great — really friendly, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even checked in to make sure we were happy with our meal. It makes such a difference when you feel looked after, especially on a busy day. Big thanks to the team, but especially the manager for going above and beyond. Will definitely be back again.
Staff were too busy having a carry on.the carpark was very concerning as its covered in ice. No one was interested in putting grit down.yes there is a grit bucket. Totally shocking. And one of the delivery drivers was in the bathroom cubicle and came out never washed his hands.oh yes picked up 3 orders and never washed or sanitised his hands.even his delivery bag was in cubicle with him on the floor. Never will we spend our money in this burger king again. These delivery drivers dont give a toss. We just went through a pandemic now we will get another man made disease. This is worst ever in my LIFE DISGUSTING once again we have to review this place. The staff at the drive thru are rude and ignorant. This place should be shut down.this time we wont be back. The franchise owner needs to go in and look at the staff he has employed as they could be doing with a good scrub and put on a customer service course. The place needs a deep clean.its shocking.once again too much carry on in a place serving the public. Get a grip.
Keep reading the others reviews. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever ordered food from. Shame on me that I've tried multiple times. The food is undercooked, slow to deliver and is constantly missing items. Service? No chance. Save your money and ship somewhere else
Horrendous experience. Ordered 2 burgers and cheese bites from just eat. Only one burger came. Driver ran back to his car and wouldn't respond when we tried to flag him down. Tried phoning the store for 20 minutes but no answer. Terrible customer service
Just back from here & omg the service is shocking . We ordered our meals & stood for ages waiting , staff member finally asked if we had ordered & told them yes , then staff member deals with other orders for the delivery drivers which is fine they ordered before us , stood waiting to be told they need to make a fresh whopper meal as its sat so long , mean while our chips are left sitting out . Hadn't been given our cups to get our drinks . Finally when the whopper meal was ready had to ask for fresh chips as they had sat so long even tho another member of staff had stated that they had been left so long . Wouldnt mind had the restaurant been busy . Lucky if there was 6 people in the store & that included the delivery drivers . Sadly won't be back . Service was just so poor.
Love a Burger King™. Glad the drive throughs are open again. Bacon double cheeseburger meal- regular. 9 onion rings and Diet Coke®. 12 ketchups. 2 BBQ sauce pots and 1/4 Oz. salt sachets. Job done!
