   Good pet shop not very good for budgies or fish as they are a lot of fish dead in the tanks and most budgies I have bought out of this shop have had problems with flying and have died weeks later -apart from that it’s an ok shop but quite pricey for things

   Sarah, Kelli and Jordon are warm, friendly knowledgeable staff who never hesitate to help and always go above and beyond for their customers and their pets. Pin Up Paws the grooming service Olympia provides is also second to none, Sarah takes so much time and care with the animals, and it's an experience for them to be pampered and she does a great job for those who need a gradual introduction to it. Honestly can't recommend enough, and the girls have really gone above and beyond for their at risk customers stuck at home throughout the pandemic.

   Fantastic small pet store with friendly and helpful staff. They can take care of small animals should you go on holiday and have great package deals for animals such as snakes, tortoises and lizards. Plenty of different pet foods available, of a good quality and at a reasonable price.

   This is the best pet shop and that's why I would never go anywhere else for my bunny's supplies and advice about all things pet related. The animals are all very well cared for and healthy. I always send people to Olympia, because they know what they're talking about and they don't sell the rubbish stuff available elsewhere! My bunny always has a good time when she stays in the boarding here, I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after her!! You need to visit.
