This was my Border Collie puppy's first vist. The reception staff and vet were excellent. I would highly recommend them.
The young vet was amazing, she put my cat at ease and was gentle and kind. Made such a difference to the visit which is always stressful with a cat.
Have gone to this practice for many years (seeing 2 new owners following the retirement of Mr Tague) and still delighted with the service offered. Take their time to explain all assessment and treatment options to help make informed choices. All staff are lovely (from receptionists, to nurses and vets).
Amazing service. Helped my poor wee dog after she had split her nail. Staff are fantastic and so helpful with me and telling me what they were doing with my dog.
I have recently had to take my dog and one of my cats to the vet. I have found all staff, from vets to receptionists, extremely professional and empathetic. Have had Emma and Amber and they have been so professional and kind, and also Susan in reception always gives a warm and friendly welcome.
Zero stars. One business that should still be wearing MASKS! Financial gain comes before animal care. Very sad to see.
All staff were very courteous and friendly. The vet was very professional and explained the treatment well. She treated Dexter with care. I have used this practice for many years with Dexter and previous pets and have always been completely satisfied.
I would recommend Sheddens Vets to anyone. We have had cause to visit quite a lot recently as my dog is poorly. The vets and all staff were very friendly and efficient. They put both Ruby and I at ease.
