   Taylor’s provided veterinary care of the highest order for the full 12+ year life of my golden retriever. My whole family is extremely grateful to the staff for their advice, care and for the affection that my dog was always shown when she was in. Admin and payments were always easy with the life care they helped us organise with PetPlan. I would like to give a special mention to Karen in reception who was a best friend to Bindi - so much so that we couldn’t go past the front door without her wanting to go in. When your dog wants to go to the vet that shows you how good they are! Thanks so much to all at Taylor’s in Clarkston and at the hospital in Cathkin for all your support over the years.

   CHECK YOUR INVOICES, AND LISTEN CAREFULLY TO VETS, as recollections & advice do vary, one vet to the other gives opposite advice on serious issues like heart murmurs. Meaning the life or death of your pet potentially, if you take the wrong vet's advice. I was apologised to by one vet, couldn't understand at all how his colleague couldn't hear the murmur. Also charged me £49.50 from an invoice from July 2024, I was questioned about it in Aug Sept 2024, I advised them I paid it, as all other invoices if you can find out otherwise let me know, I heard nothing. One of my dogs was at the vet on January 25 and the receptionist just added the £49.50 onto my bill, without asking me, and just gave me a PDQ receipt with no breakdown, had I not asked for an invoice to show breakdown to my insurer it would have never come to light. Make sure you collect your flea and worming tablets each month too, you are paying for them after all. If you don't pick them up you have paid for nothing, I am so disappointed this has turned into a money making business and not the caring vets it was years ago. Directors and top vets closing ranks.

   Taylor Vets are excellent. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Catriona McKinnon is a brilliant caring vet whom I’m sure is excellent with all pets, however she has an amazing affinity with cats. My cat is so chilled out when she visits and I’m delighted to hear that Catriona will be running cat only clinics at EK branch.

   We have gone to the pratice for over 40yrs we find thd staff very friendly and help is there when you need it. I like you can ask for the same vet this way they get to know you and your pet and you get to know them. We all have happy and sad times with pets and knowing a familiar face is there helps.
