   Poor service, very unprofessional and lack of proper communication. Level of service not consistent with what is stated on their website, they do not respond to phone calls or emails. They promise to deliver air cargo within 10 days but one month on my goods haven't been received.

   I am extremely disappointed with services of Horizon World Cargo. Sent stuff to Mwanza in February and todate goods have not been received by the recipient. I was made to believe that all I had to do was pay and 10 days later the items will be received.Goods have arrived only to be informed that Tanzania Port is very difficult to deal with! Had I know I would have looked into plan B! It has been a long and frustrating process and nothing has been received yet not to mention being taken from pillar to post. One to avoid at all costs!
