   I have been taken by Oxted Station Taxis for many years . In my experience this is the best company in Oxted and I am delighted by their professional and punctual service. They are always on time and drivers arive in modern and clean vehicles with a smile and eagerness to be helpful. Stephanie picks me up quite often and she is an ansolute plesure to be around. She has been a taxi driver for over 20 years and know all the roads as the back of her hand. It has been a briliant service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a local taxi service in Oxted and especialy for airport transfers.

   Driver turned up 20 minutes late to our pre-booked taxi and tried to claim I had booked for 18.30 when I in fact booked for 18.15. Then on return journey he said we cancelled our booking earlier that night, when we did not and left us stranded at midnight. He done the same to another person on the phone when he was driving us to our destination. Company is a one man band that just takes bookings and never fulfils them. Avoid at all costs.

   Very disappointing service. Pre-booked taxis to and from a wedding. On the way there, driver arrived 15 minutes late saying our booking was for that time-we were then late to the event. On the way back driver never showed-when we called to ask where our taxi was, we were told someone had called to cancel our booking. We contested this and were told ‘maybe someone got the wrong cab company-I’m busy for the next hour now’.

   I am afraid I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a taxi to take me to Gatwick airport at 4:30am on 4 July. They confirmed the booking by text. By 4:35, the taxi had not arrived so I sent a text to make sure it was on its way. When this went unanswered, I decided to call. The phone was answered and I politely asked if the taxi was coming. I was told I would get a call back. Ten more minutes passed and no call back. I called 4 more times after that- every time I called, the phone wasn’t answered. In the end, having waited as long as I could, I had to drive myself to the airport. I left a voicemail message explaining what I was doing. I was never called back. The cab never came and not so much as an apology was offered to me. It’s really poor service.

   This is a great company, I have been using it for 18 years now and I have never been failed, it has very well kept cars and very kind drivers, I often use them for airport runs and to pick my kids up from school! My husband loves Oxted Station taxis because they do airport transfers and he often gets taxis from oxted to Heatrow. They treat my family very nicely and are very down to earth, I often ask for a lady driver, they know the roads like the back of their hands, my kids always prefer them when getting a taxi. My oldest son who has not got a driving license uses them often and recommends them to his friends because this car company is the most reliable!!

   Booked a taxi with these guys, they confirmed to pick me up from Heathrow in the morning. Never showed up at the agreed time. I called and got through to one guy who was out of the office. He said he'd call me back - he never called back. I then rang them again and again, no answer. I've seen a few reviews saying they don't answer their phone when they don't turn up for a booking. Really dreadful experience. Completely untrustworthy.
