   The driver was very punctual and polite. I was a bit concerned as he wasn't very careful when holding the steering wheel and he drove faster than I would have liked. He did stay within the limit on A217. The journey was reasonably priced, not too expensive. Thank you.

   Booked a NYD taxi for 3am (2 days in advance) having done some looking around prior. Road runners what the best quote around. No communication up until 3am on the night our taxi was booked. Phoned the operators, only to be told there was a problem with the booking/prepayment (which we would have been happy to do if communicated) told we had to click a link to pay but saw in the text they had inflated the price by 70%! They hadn’t even dispatched the car and would only do this after payment; which was an extra 40 mins wait. Generally difficult to get hold of and communicate, and massive inconvenience. Decided to get a well known taxi app for half the inflated price.

   I cannot fault RoadRunners Gatwick Ltd. Very prompt and professional service. The car and driver were very presentable. The driver was friendly and it was a pleasure to have him drive us to our destination. I would highly recommend them without hesitation and if I could, I would give them 10 stars.

   The service itself was great. However, I have a loyalty card that should provide a discount. It does not work when booking through the app and has not done so for well over a year now! High time that this problem was rectified, if Roadrunners don’t want to offer a loyalty card discount they should not issue loyalty cards!
