Terrific ironmongery shop. Of course you can buy all this stuff online for a bit less, but nothing beats seeing and touching the products to understand if they are right for you. Great service, will definitely be back....
Terrible experience. Went into buy a door knob over ordering on Amazon to help keep business like this going. Greeted by a shop assistant on the phone discussing his disciplinary from taking money from the till. I waited 5 minutes to buy the knob but was ignored so walked out.
So enjoyed my visit to find a handle for my door. Great service and good prices.

Really lovely finger plates and door knobs. The lady that helped me was brilliant, she brought both of us a chair whilst she showed us different ranges. I'm about to buy some more finger plates as I've decided to have then on both sides of the doors. I'm so pleased I found this shop, it's much better than looking at a catalogue.
Excellent shop. They helped us find a range of replacement knobs and handles that have transformed our dated-looking kitchen. Very quick service and ordering, including getting samples from the manufacturer.
