   Went to B+Q for shit lap and was told noone sells it anymore. Well everyone does (Not Trowbridge b+q) and Wickes had an isle of it. Spoke to a lovely lady on the way out, who helped me set up my trade card. Amazing service! We won't bother with b+q next time. See you soon! ❤️

   Not a good service at all booked in for design appointment in home , they never showed up gave them a call and asked what happened to be told that they was there at 4pm knocked my door and called me multiple times , sadly that is all lies as I was at the property stood out side from 3.45-4.15 and then was sat in the property until 5.15 and not once did they try calling like they said and I know for a fact they didn’t knock the door as 1, I would of heard them and 2, I live in a block of flats and you can’t get in the block with out being buzzed in by someone. So all in all not the best start and kinda foreshadowing for what’s to come with the kitchen then I’ll take my chances elsewhere, lost a customer due to staff not taking accountability, all they had to say was sorry we couldn’t make it and all would of been okay but to tell me they came and they didn’t is all I need to know

   Allan’s attitude to service today was first class. I normally use this store. Most staff are nice. Some are a bit on the glum side and are merely killing the hours to get their pay check. Allan was an example of what good service looks like. Friendly. Was keen to be the checkout we used by him inviting us over when others were also free. He just an attitude that said he was happy to be there and happy to serve us. On one hand that sounds normal but it’s unfortunately not. Well done Allan. He is the sort of person companies want to have working for them and a rare type of person.

   Went in to buy solvent remover, self-taping screws, duck tape and white mastic. I had to ask for assistance as I was unable to locate some of the items, The staff were very helpful and I was able to purchase all I came for. I use Wikes a lot as it's nearby. However, it is more expensive than other hardware retailers.

   As usual can get here most of the stuff you need. The safety distance barriers was badly made which due strong winds kept falling on customers and only we(customers) ended up holding it while in the queue as was no staff around.
