Amazing and professional always looked after my two rabbits very well i would recommend this vet. Here pictures just for everyone to enjoy them sleeping.
To be fair the staff and vets themselves are fab .. I have been attending this vets for 20 plus years .. and am shocked at the prices now .. severe in fact that I might be looking to go elsewhere for the cost reason only
I cannot thank the team at MBM Veterinary Group enough for the compassion and respect they showed us during one of the hardest moments - saying goodbye to our beloved cat. Although we hadn’t been to the clinic before, the care we received felt truly personal and heartfelt. The staff gently walked us through the entire process, gave us all the time we needed, and never rushed us. Their patience and understanding meant the world. I was overwhelmed by how respectful and peaceful everything was handled. They also provided some lovely memorabilia, which we deeply appreciate and will treasure. In such a painful moment, their kindness made a real difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Very welcoming reception staff, very open was worried as my dog a cane corso is very reactive to other dogs. She wants to play, but her size puts other dogs and there owners off. Had to muzzle her for the 1st time ever so she was unhappy about this also. Vet was very friendly and allowed her to check her and her room out, and was very relaxed with her during her check up, and giving her injections. Making this as pleasant as possible for her. Highly recommended
We attended MBM due to an emergency and couldn’t fault the service and support we got. The lovely lady on reception was extremely pleasant and friendly, providing some calm in a worrying situation. The vet we seen was also great and provided a speedy and efficient consult.
Vets are all fantastic ,great with my horses and understanding to wards my feelings when they are called .Listen to what you say and explain very step they are doing to my horse .I would never use another vet .I have been a client for 30 years .Helpful in every aspect start to finish
My dog went into this practice with an infection and was left overnight untreated with no antibiotics. The following day they wanted to put her down, but I told them to give her antibiotics to which she “responded well”, however, it was too late and she developed sepsis. Terrible place and immature staff. When I asked why no antibiotics were given, they just kept saying “I can’t comment for the vet that was on”. I would urge people to get a good vet that you can rely on. Also they try to palm any complaints off and give you excuses that dodge actually admitting any fault…I went externally and spoke to other vets who confirmed that any dog displaying a temperature and signs of an infection should be given presumptive antibiotics…not according to this place. They don’t even do the bare minimum. Additionally, before my dog died due to their negligence, I offered to pay bills and provide my card details on numerous occasions. They refused to take the details, however, when my dog died they came running out with the card machine before bringing out the body. I get that they might be worried about people not paying or whatever, but maybe take my card details when I’m offering it and not when I’m just trying to pick up a body and the family are all upset. Similar to other reviews on here, the place is just a money grab and they can’t even do that right.
They were so kind to my nervous wee dog , genuinely care about your pet I as refered to this vets for a scan from my regular vets and couldn't praise them more
Multiple visits over the last 12 months Starting with an emergency visit after referral from our own vet We met Jamie who was very professional and was excellent at explaining the situation and a treatment plan We have had multiple review appointments since this and on all occasions we were updated They took control of our insurance claim and processed claims in a timely manner after our appointment Thanks for your support so far
