Lovely practice. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Special mention for Hannah who has such a lovely manner with our dogs.
My wife been using it for a couple years regularly for the dog. Who unfortunately has just had to be put to sleep, but the care, attention and advice from day one to her last has been exemplary ! Thank you to all in the practice during all we've been through !
Had to have our poor wee fella euthanised yesterday as he was poorly with Dementia and had suffered a seizure and was in a lot of pain, tired and ready to go to his next life. He was 15 years old and had led a great, varied and fun life for all those years. Devastated from his loss but the lovely and caring staff dealt with our guilt, worries and tears and with amazing care and love prevented him suffering any more. He went peacefully and serenely. Thank you all so much for the kindness you showed us and the care and love you showed our wee man. It will take a long time to get over his loss. I will leave a picture here of him showing just what a character he was...
Brilliant staff at crossriggs,The girls posted a message on Facebook for a beautiful cat who strayed when his owners moved house in Cumnock.This beautiful friendly cat was back with his rightful owners within the hour of crossriggs caring staff posting his picture on Facebook. Thanks girls your help was really appreciated.
My dog was ill , in twice to vets not once to ask for a urine sample ! Said they needed to scan him and X-ray him !!! Found out he had a urine infection! Nearly £500 to find he had a urine infection!!!! From word go this vets would not allow me to pay this up wanted full amount which I didn’t have …
A wonderful veterinarian, all staff are helpful and pleasant, a really nice place for sick animals.
I can not praise this veterinary practice enough. They cared for my little Romeo, and his care was above and beyond for him. Even when it came to say goodbye they we're there every step of the way to make sure he was cared for after. A kind and loving practice that really are there for the animals that I am forever thankful for. Excellent care and wonderful staff.
