   Terrible service, damaged delivery, and no communication I am extremely disappointed with this international delivery service(UK to India). My package arrived damaged, which is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of updates throughout the delivery process. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response at all. There was no proper tracking information, no explanation for delays, and no accountability for the damaged item. Customer service was nonexistent and very unprofessional. This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this service to anyone who expects reliable delivery, proper handling, and basic communication.

   Very Poor & Misleading Service – Do NOT Trust Their Guarantee I am extremely disappointed with Rworld Express and their false promises. I was clearly guaranteed that my parcel from the UK to Goa would be delivered within 7 working days. Today it is the 10th day, and the parcel is still not delivered. There is absolutely no clarity on when it will actually reach the destination. The tracking status keeps showing “In Transit” again and again, moving between hubs with no real progress. Estimated delivery dates are repeatedly shown and never honoured. What is the point of giving an estimated delivery date if you cannot meet it? This is completely misleading and unprofessional. This delay has caused me stress, anxiety, and inconvenience, especially because I trusted their guarantee. If they already knew delays were possible, they should have been honest instead of giving false assurance just to book the parcel. I see some people highly recommending this courier service — maybe it worked for them, but clearly it does NOT work for everyone. My experience has been extremely poor. Customer confidence means nothing to this company once the parcel is collected. ⚠️ Poor service ⚠️ False delivery guarantees ⚠️ Unreliable tracking updates ⚠️ No respect for estimated delivery dates I would never recommend Rworld Express to anyone. If you decide to use them, send at your own risk and do not believe their promised timelines. There are far better and more reliable courier services available than this. This was my first experience — and it will definitely be my last.
