   I bought inflatable balloons for my girlfriend's birthday, the next day I found the balloons damaged, I only received a refund for one balloon although two were damaged through no fault of mine. It's not about the money, it's about the spoiled surprise. I don't recommend this store if you don't want to end up in a situation like me.

   Very disappointed usually get my Avon orders delivered here but have found quite hard to pick up previously as they tend shut before I get there when should be open to 5pm. Then today had a evri delivery that sadly was on its third attempt to deliver as previously they had tried when shop was closed and the driver said that they refused delivery as I never collect which I always do and have previously brought items in store when in there. He then delivered it there but told me I had to collect before they closed that day when I was visiting my mother in hospital as she is currently very unwell so left it today when I could collect just a two days later to be told they sent it back to avon yesterday so gave me an hour to collect literally. So unhappy an annoyed especially as recommended them before so shocked that they did this as I am a regular customer and always collect my parcels as got to get them to my customers.

   went in there today to send package, the lady was so helpful, the instructions for getting the right amount of labels to send my package weren’t very clear, but the really nice & helpful lady printed off the labels that were needed to send my package definitely a shop i use as it’s sales so much variety of stuff & it’s also a lovely clean shop with lovely friendly staff.
