   Total amateurs just wasted £55 on a taxi going up there I explained to the guy earlier my dog is friendly and great with other dogs she had a harness but doesn't like strangers going near her head he said it's no problem then this genuis proceeds to put a lead round her neck she bit him after me telling him not to go near her head the harness is nearly halfway down her back no need to go near her head.

   Our first time leaving our rescue dog while we go on holiday and we were a bit nervous as he can be reactive with other dogs, our minds were put at ease by Jim and when we picked our dog up he seemed to be happy and had a good time (taking a shine to another dog who was also staying at the retreat). We'd highly recommend and will definitely book Roki here next time we go away (if there's space).

   I left Skye, my lovely, and lively, little Cocker with Angela and Jim, who are real "doggy people". Skye had super accommodation, and lots of space to run and enjoy the company of other dogs. She was a happy wee dog when I saw her after her wee holiday. I will certainly use CVPR again.

   Fantastic dog boarding, owners were very welcoming and friendly and put our minds at ease as we had never put our dog in boarding before. When we picked him up, it was great to see him giving the owners cuddles and seeing videos of his time when away. We will definitely use again in the future! Thank you.

   My Cavapoo loved this place. She stayed for around 11 days and came back home very happy indeed. The owners are lovely people too. The rooms for the dogs are huge! I will certainly be using this place again. Thank you Clyde Valley Pet Retreat

   Jim and Angela are absolutely wonderful. Their care of our 2 labradors - one young and bouncy, the second, older and more reserved, was second to none. Jim kept us updated with photos and videos on a daily basis. But the best thing was seeing how the dogs responded when we picked them up. As they danced around us, running from one family member to another, Jim was included: he was now clearly a pack-member. I cannot think of a higher accolade. And our reserved dog looked at us contentedly (he normally avoids eye contact if we have to leave him, and can keep that up for a long time). It is such a relief to know that places like this exist. It was home-from-home for our dogs. Thank you Jim and Angela!
