   We used Kellaway Bathrooms for our en suite and main bathroom. Lucy Deas was extremely helpful, she helped us design and plan the bathroom as well as helping accommodate changes. We had several queries over months of planning and she happily advised us in a prompt manner. She looked up products for us which helped us alot as we got overwhelmed with all the options online! The quality of the products are fantastic and the delivery was very prompt. We had an issue during installation where the shower profile was too wide, Lucy and her collegue helped us with that query on the same day! I highly recommend using Kellaway Bathrooms for all bathroom needs!

   Covid restrictions lifted. If they can't be bothered to be open then they've list my business. It would seem from other comments that I'm not the only person annoyed by travelling to the shop and find it unopen. Weak covid excuse.

   Went to pick up a shelf.No instructions how to get in as shop was locked.Went to warehouse not allowed went to back of shop told I should not be in there. Van blocking the entrance. Most unpleasant shopping experience will stick with bathroom village in future.

   I went to few bathrooms shops in Bristol (bathroom village in Bedminster and another one in Brislington). None of them offered the same amazing and professional customer service as Kellaway Bathrooms. Maria listened to what I was looking for in terms of style of bathroom and then went through so many different brands to offer me exactly what I was looking for. She knows products from the various brand on the top of her head. It is impressive and allows her to create an order that matches your taste and your wallet. I cannot recommend kellaway bathrooms more to get an incredible service and the furniture you will love.
