Stayed the the Garden Annexe, using a Groupon voucher as a reason to visit Scotland for the first time. Big plus point is the fantastic staff. Welcoming & helpfull. Seemed like they cared to be there. Next is the cleanliness. Thought the whole complex was exeptionally clean throughout. The Annexe and our room was also very clean, however I would also say starting to look a little grubby in places. The dark wood trim reminded me a little of a working mans club from the 80's. The room furniture and carpets were tired. The furniture styled more towards, buisness trip stopovers, than a holiday break, however for the price point paid acceptable enough. The Bathroom is clean and modern, if a little grubby in places ,still clean and comfortable enough to use. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. There is a garden area around the hotel, so there is an outside space. It was busy during our stay, catering for wedding parties, where everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, which enlightened our stay. The breakfast is served in a lovely restaurant. Staff were all great. The breakfast options were full traditional breakfast, breakfast baps or continental. The full traditional was hit and miss. The bacon and sausage were good quality, from a local butchers I expect. I found the accompaniments poor. Tinned/oven baked mushrooms, soggy scrambled eggs and black pudding. (Argeed though all personal preference). Hotel is fronted on a main road. Not too noisy, great easy access to motorways, routes to other areas. Overall we would stay again and would like to experience a stay in the main building. Oh, and they serve Balvine doublewood whisky. Extra cred gained.

Lovely room. Nice friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice hotel. Very handy for the motorway. Ample free car parking. Poor wifi in the furthest rooms. (i.e. rooms in the Garden Wing.) Yes, we would stay here again.

Very convenient location near motorway. Reception staff were really nice like your old mom welcoming us home. The breakfast service was good. People in groups smoking around the entrance doors was very unpleasant in my view. Apart from that and having to stretch a wire across the room oposite the bed for power for my res med as no sockets near the bed, it was OK really.

wouldnt stay again. garden wing room 206 was literally so dirty I took pics. dim lit, smelt and old plug sockets by bed you couldnt use. one on wall nearly fell off when using. cobwebs absolutely everywhere and inch thick dust on all skirting nearly booked another hotel but luckily was on for one night

My family booked this hotel for afternoon tea after my late husband's memorial service. The service throughout the afternoon was excellent and the food was delicious. No-one hurried us out and this was especially appreciated by those who had to travel from some distance away. Thank you for your care and attention. Cate Mowat and Family.

We had our wedding here on the 11th March and we cannot recommend the hotel enough. The staff are always polite and so helpful, nothing is a problem. The events team kept the whole day running smoothly and they gave us such a brilliant day full of wonderful memories. All of our guests have kept commenting on the food - how delicious it was and how generous the portions are! We are so glad we booked our wedding here and can’t thank you all enough for everything you did to help make our day special Gillian & James Miller

We have visited on Christmas day, the past two years & I wouldn't go anywhere else. The food & service, are both outstanding. It's spotlessly clean as well.

Just spent a lovely night at the Grange Manor. Staff were so friendly and helpful can't praise them enough. Food was delicious with a wide choice on the menu. We will definitely return in the future.

A peaceful hotel in an excellent setting, only 10 minutes' walk from the amazing Kelpies. The rooms are good, with very comfortable twin beds. The staff were very helpful with our queries, even phoning local shops to find stamps for us. The food is very good, particularly at the on-site restaurant. Recommended!

Booked via my hotel breaks as a deal for dinner bed and breakfast. Made the stay very reasonable for two people. Room was clean but very dated. Marks on the walls and carpets made the room feel unclean which is a shame for those who have spent the time cleaning it. Arrived on a hot day and windows not opened so room was very warm, no fan in the room either. Restaurant was fantastic, could fault dinner. Had an issue with the bill but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was a standard breakfast nothing really to complain about. In all had a pleasant stay. Hotel just needs to be updated and would of been 5 stars.
