   I often use the Screwfix shop on Whiteladies Road, where the staff are always friendly and helpful. This time I used the Avonmouth shop as the parking is easier. The contrast was dramatic - rude staff who do their best to ignore you. Then tell you what you have done wrong. Something is badly wrong with this shop. Best to avoid.

   Using this branch every week! Today went in to order and I was told to go to the tablets and order! No explanation at all to why! Well not until I kicked off slightly that some bloke come out thinking he owns the place explaining why and being very eye balling on your face! Not keeping his space away from me! This will be going forward!!! Shop next door for from now on

   Good store. Small, but big enough for your needs. Catalogues inside to order. You can order on the app and check in when you get to store for a quicker visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and tidy

   Been to screw fix a few times the past year and always got exactly what I needed. Good customer service and patience especially when trying to match old to new products. Only down side is a few items I needed were not in stock but I had them the next day.
