   Have used SIG for several jobs in the past, but recently found staff not as helpful and ran into their company policies for returns (mistake purchase on my part). Staff claiming return not accepted due to Covid19 and then they finally agreed to accept a return with a 25% restocking fee (for card processing and putting back on a shelf?). None of these policies were printed in store or available online - just verbally given when attempting to return the items - just be warned. Plus, online is often cheaper and has 30 day, no quibble, 100% returns policy (admittedly distance selling)... Come on SIG, move to the 21st century...
