   Extremely fast friendly service. Free parking. I used click and collect it was seamless and easy. I normally visit a local competitor bit they didn't have what I wanted. Have to say they are equally good but obviously I'll go the one that has stock. So screw fix wins in my opinion.

   Reason I am giving 3 stars is because I had a poor interaction this morning with a brunette girl around 11 am Sunday , I was looking for a few things and told her can we check what’s in stock as I don’t have time to collect any other day cause of the working hours I do. She just replied with the tablet can show you that but In a very dismissive way. Attitude wa horrible. And it’s shame cause I had really good interaction the other week with an older guy who knew what he was doing, helped me and I ended up spending £200 that day. I now went to b and q instead and spent £180 there. She could do with some training as she came across lazy instead of doing her job.

   Have been using this branch for many years, the level of customer service never fails to amaze me. Screwfix on the whole are a great supplier but the members of staff at the Chepstow branch outshine many others I have used.

   We are so lucky we have this store in our small town. They have a vast range of items to choose from. If they don't have your item in store they order it for pick up the next day and they phone you when it arrives. The prices are good and the staff helpful.
