DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM THEM 3/3 failed delivery!!!! Can't keep their delivery time slot.., first time,nor second time then give you the next working day for delivery Or You go and collect your parcel if you want it (i Do Not Pay for a delivery to then collect myself from a depot) Waiting all day then not even showing up, and send the email that "they tried but no one was home" One time the delivery guy literally refused to deliver because it was too heavy. 3 out of 3 times the note was left for the driver to deliver it, it's Urgent but he is just completely Ignore that message. You can't leave delivery option for a safety place and the website is Crap! You have ask the robot 3x to talk to a person (obviously they are very confidently saying that it will arrive, until it's NOT)

Horrible experience! Booked for a small parcel transfer from UK to Greece. The service explicitly mentioned transfer time to be 7-10 days. I called x2 times, and 2,5 months later (!) they told me that the parcel was stuck in customs. I was on holidays when they notified me that I had to pay to a fee to the customs for my purchased item. The parcel did not contain any purchased item, but my personal items instead. To make things worse, 2 days later they decided that I was not responsive and sent the parcel back to the UK and asked me to pay an extra charge for sending it back. So, overall, not only had I waited for 3 months, but also paid the amount of price for a service that was never completed. Completely incompetent, predatory, unreliable, unprofessional practice. Avoid by all means!! Never ever book with Fedex again!

We left luggage at Melville Castle in Edinburgh by mistake. I called FedEx to arrange shipment to us in Budapest. Sanjay helped arrange a courier to fetch the luggage at My Melville Castle a in d bring it to Bristol Airport hotel. It arrived in time for us to make our scheduled flight early the next morning. The worst company I’ve ever came across. Beyond belief! Trying to send document internationally . I filled the shipping forms and opted for a drop off . The site suggested a shop near me to drop off. The next day I’m going to the shop. It fails… then after passing all the robots spoke to an agent who claims ‘ some shops’ will not accept it… so why are you sending me there. I arranged a collection from my flat . Wasted a day of work . The driver comes . I had a few questions and so he called the depot and they say ‘ we don’t take shipments to your country’… didn’t take my shipment. Had to call more times to try and get a refund and look for another company. Just awful service and no one to talk to !

I don’t know how to start, I had to send this gift normally I send through DHL but because it was a perfume they denied and now FedEx has myself as a customer for life, :) Eva was extremely helpful throughout the time it took, as I arrived a little late Eva managed to request the delivery driver to wait and in the meantime she and another lady processed my parcel she packed it nicely and also printed the invoice for me I really really appreciate her kindness and help, I would definitely recommend anyone to use them.. please don’t go by the shop the people working there are amazing can’t thank them enough. Couldn’t get trough, to reschedule my delivery which wasn’t delivered on a day when was scheduled, as on the phone was way too many options available, simply I could not figure it out what to do. And I wanted to speak to someone about it. However website wasn’t helpful with in information how to do that. And I struggled to register. At the end it was rescheduled by itself and I got all goods delivered as planned. Happy with delivery.
