I use Screwfix a lot- ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars for the store managers and staff, always friendly and helpful. But my rating is for the greedy executives !! whats going on with the prices?? Box of 200 Stainless screws 50mm £25- head over to Fix and weld and a better brand is £6 Come on CEOs dont be greedy. We can vote with our feet..

The duty manager (I think called Will) and Sean were so helpful to me today! I had a particularly complicated return to explain & had been apprehensive prior to going in. I explained it to Sean & it wasn’t a problem at all. Sean helped me get the items out of my car & Will patiently & methodically processed the refunds! Thank you so much. I went in to buy a handle for frount door the first man was very helpful when it came it was to big so I asked if the second man for help he measured it and said u need what ever size so I went bk on line and I could not find it so he said I forgot now I told u what u need he was so bloody rude my blood boiled u will not go there again
I always find the service great, I'm not always certain what I need for a specific job and the lads and lasses here are very helpful, if the one serving isn't able to answer my questions, they'll get someone who is. Patient friendly and helpful staff.
Great! It's always easy to find everything I need here, if not the knowledgeable staff help out. Easy to order ahead Always clean, orderly and great collection system. Couldn't fault this store in any way at all.
Easy to order on line and just go and pick up. Nice shop with lots on display. Lots of park out the front of store. Nice polite staff and always happy to help and give advise. Good prices too. Glad their is one in stroud now.
