   Bought the bike in for a free assessment as the brakes were not as good as they once were. I was served by Ben and Nick. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. Ben did a full adjustment on the brakes and tightened the cables up; spent a good 20 minutes to half an hour working on it, and then didn't charge me anything afterwards. I was only too happy to take their advice and purchase some disc brake cleaner to keep things running smoothly as a result. First class service.

   Can't fault the guys working there but the company procedures are rubbish. I've now done 2 round trips from Ciren to Stroud and each time told that I can't leave my bike there in the store. Waiting to be notified that they have the part which means another trip there and back and potentially another to collect the bike after being repaired. Why I couldn't leave my bike there on the first trip is beyond me. With the amount I've spent on fuel it would have been far cheaper to repair it somewhere else!

   Prompt service, mechanic who looked at bulb that was not working, and a few fluid levels that needed sorting, identified that the bulb was simply not in correctly and sorted it out and didn’t sell me a new bulb. He was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back there, great service.

   I went in to buy a electric scooter. First time was point blank told you cant buy it because of government regulations. Second time they second was a different chap and second I could and reminded to use on private land. I went in on two separate occasions and one occasion I'd give 0 starts second closer to 5. So giving 3 to average both visits.

   Absolutely brilliant service from a really lovely, helpful guy called Wizard who could not have been kinder or more efficient. He tested my battery (which needed replacing) assisted me to purchase the correct replacement, disposed of the old battery and offered to fit the new one; there is a charge I believe but I didn’t need this today. Thank you for such a good experience 10/10

   Every time I go into Halfords, I'm always amazed by their great customer service, and how helpful they are. Staff are super generous with their time and expertise and they've got a great range of products. My go to place for bike servicing, would recommend.

   I use this branch of Halfords quite regularly and the team are always helpful and friendly. After my experience with returning a car-seat I thought I would leave a review. The teams customer service was faultless and the swiftness of the process was great. The manager's advice on a suitable replacement was hugely appreciated. I also had to pick up some click and collect items which were delayed slightly due to a glitch in the websites system. Once again the customer service was excellent
