   I cannot recommend Premier Dog Grooming enough. They always go above and beyond! I have a cavalier, one of those breeds commonly shaved into a pet cut. The ladies never fail to listen and groom him exactly how I like him. Breed standard with a few hidden pet tweaks, but that's our secret. Customer service is outstanding and everyone in the salon is so friendly. Gatsby loves his visits. Even my fussy show breeder loves their work. Speaks volumes as she grooms her international champions herself. You really do get a premier groom at a bargain price here. I love the place so much we continue to go monthly though he could go much longer between grooms. They now have natural high quality dog treats on offer at great prices. It's handy being able to stock up when we visit. Dog friendly (no lactose) puppachino is a must after a groom for us. This Christmas they blocked off an afternoon to have a professional photographer take pics of client dogs at a hugely discounted rate. Christmas/valentines and even a wedding package too! Rebecca (the owner) has been extremely helpful with Gatsby beyond grooming tips. Even ordering in a special shampoo when his skin flared up due to a suspected pollen allergy. Highly recommend their new emmi tooth cleaning service. Gatsby had a little bit of plaque build up not deemed dental worthy by our vet. One session and he's back to pearly white. It's now a must add on his grooms to top up on home dental care. The difference is amazing. Edited to add Gatsby had to have an emergency double eye operation which meant the cone life, where it rubbed and being advised not to mess with his ears to groom caused significant matting while on his healing journey. Despite me having cancelled a groom due to bathing concerns, as soon as the specialist gave the all clear, Rebecca made time to accommodate his condition and fit him in as an emergency. She made sure the salon was quiet and let him lead the groom once his ears and neck were shaved. Such a wonderful lady, going above and beyond for her clients in exceptional circumstances. I'm so very grateful.

   My Border Terrier is walked mainly on grass these days, so his nails were getting overgrown. He hates getting his nails done, but the girl was very efficient and business like. No messing, just on the table and job done in jig time! I really appreciated the lack of fuss. I will defo book to go back here when he needs them done again.

   The girls at Premiere dog Grooming are always so nice, every time I am in both me and my Collie are welcomed in with smiles. No matter who it is that has groomed shadow that day, he always comes out looking absolutely amazing!! Definitely the best around imho!

   Always delighted with Premier Dog Grooming - Rebecca looked after my old dog Tallulah so well even in her old age and once we got our puppy she’s been going to the salon since she was allowed - she’s now just over a year old and goes every 4 weeks - thank you Premier Dog Grooming - highly recommend! Oh - and delighted with her photo shoot photos too!

   We have went to Rebecca since she opened her doors starting with one dog and now onto all 4 of our dogs and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! From puppy sitting for me when I got married to offering a free groom when my dad was critically ill she is the kindest business owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I’m forever greatful for how amazing she has always treated myself, my family and our pack of crazy dogs. I will always sing her high praises because she fully deserves them!

   Well I read the reviews and called and discussed the negative one with them and decided I would take my dog and see. I will not go anywhere else now as I have been to a few and none compare to the girls at Premier. My girl is my baby and they have wonderful with daisy and so patient and kind. She is well looked after and the condition of her following her treatments is 1st class. Keep up the great work x

   Premier Dog Grooming have always been brilliant with my young cockapoo. He can be nervous going in but they quickly settle him and I always feel he's left in good hands. They listen to what I want while still recommending suggestions based on their knowledge and he always comes out looking his best. Would highly recommend.

   Honestly would not trust anyone else out with my family, being left alone with my pup, but I have full trust in Rebecca & the girls at the salon. I have been using Premier Dog Grooming every 4/5 weeks for the last 2 years and I will continue to do so. I booked the first time based on online reviews - not a recommendation. They are award winning, take pride in their work and go above and beyond to accommodate. My pup always comes out looking and smelling amazing and also so chilled after her pamper! Highly recommend!
