   I honestly couldn't praise Ronnie highly enough. As soon as Tino and I met him we were put at ease. His caring manner was what I needed as I was a bit apprehensive trying a new groomer. My whole family agreed that this was the best groom my cock-a-poo has had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ronnie for anyone, like myself, that was looking for a groomer to trust with there beloved dog.

   Your driver was driving behind me on the M74 southbound this afternoon and did not leave adequate space, was agressive and kept flashing his lights at me - clearly annoyed he wasn’t able to overtake me. Definitely could have caused an accident if I’d had to break for any reason! If you’re going to act like that on the road maybe don’t drive a van with the name of your business emblazoned on the side!

   Your van driver cut my mum's car off on M74 at night, between Carlisle and Lockerbie, northbound. Your driver did not have right of way. My mum had to brake sharply to avoid a car accident on a 70mph motorway. Both my mum and my wife were in the car. If you are going to merge into an overtaking lane, you wait for a safe merge, not cut in when you are driving far slower than the overtaking lane. Dangerous driving this business has.

   When you enter Thornbrae, Ronnie and Jim welcome you as if you were entering their home and I immediately felt he was in caring hands. They made a wonderful job of grooming Truffles. Jim told me that he had not groomed a Bolo before, so he had been online doing research, which really impressed me. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer and delighted to support a small local business. Thank you so much for looking after my boy so well.

   Extremely happy with Dougal and Harris’ first groom today. Came in with two cockapoo puppies, 3 months old, for their first groom and both puppies came back spectacularly happy, smelling lovely and had a fantastic first trim. Both look like show dogs now and are two handsome wee puppies. You can tell excellent care was taken and I know both will be back as regulars. Thank you, gents!
