   I have gone to this place many times and had a groomer who was excellent. However, this person is now gone and the new person we got was absolutely awful. She completely skinned our dog. I think she will not grow in properly for months. She told us her tail was matted but proceeded to shave her completely. (See photos) Everyone who has seen us on walks with her has commented on how bad it looks. When I called to complain they told us she was matted (the poor Groomer's classic excuse). They then had the audacity to tell us that the reason she was matted was because the previous groomer (who we had gone to for several years and was excellent) was leaving dogs matted. I know this was not the case, but if it was, as the owner suggested, then we should certainly have been given our money back. However, she refused to reimburse us for this terrible job and actually had the cheek to suggest she should have charged us more for a matting fee (even though she claimed it was her ex employee who caused the issue). This place used to be great but sadly I'd now avoid unless you want your dog to look like a skinned rabbit. The picture where she is fluffy is how she used to look when she came back from the supposedly bad groomer.
