Send my goods from London to Delhi, India and it was super quick. It almost took just 5 days from door to door (for surprise it was a regular service and not a premium one). Thanks to Aliza Chaudhary who has been so helpful and cooperative during the whole process. Ps. I have been using dtdc to bring personal goods to Uk and send them back, it was with no trouble anytime.
A huge thank you to Alisa and the DTDC team! They went above and beyond on a weekend to help us retrieve a parcel stuck in India, and in doing so, they literally saved our wedding. Truly grateful for their kindness and support.
The worst courier service ever ! I have delivered a brand new Oven & household items from UK to India and it was a total disaster, had to pay 400 gbp of courier charges for 300 gbp worth of items & they broke the oven to pieces.... The representatives & policies are misleading and vague, that are only added as fine print to cover the mishandling and irresponsible service offered by them. Alpana was quick to take payments but actions against my complaint I will pursue legal actions against them and hope they close down this company for such pathetic and disgusting service.
Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone. I arranged for a parcel to be collected and delivered on Monday. It was urgent. Nobody collected the parcel on Monday. On Wednesday I was told that the driver went to the hotel but the parcel was not ready. I have spoken to the hotel and cameras show that no driver ever showed up to collect the parcel. After I made numerous phone calls and emails which have been ignored, the parcel was collected on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. On Thursday I am told that they couldn't deliver the parcel because the firm they were delivering to was closed. I spoke to the firm who advised this was an absolute lie. They were open all day. You blame all the excuses on everyone else. I will never use you again.
Unschooled staff and unprofessional service. The receipt was generated with the correct pin code, whereas the system had another pin code which led to untraceability. Can't you see the pin code while entering into the system? Pathetic service. I will never try this service.
I don’t have much to speak about the service except for the fact that Anil chap is pretty incompetent and the others in the staff are a lot more helpful and knowledgeable
Disgusting, cheap and very bad delivery service. I would never recommend from these people. The delivery charges were paid for 2nd floor, but the guy literally thrown our parcels outside building gate!!!
Bad service. My parcel went missing for more than half a year. Called them a couple of times while the customer service said they sent it to India and cannot do anything about it. I didn't get a choice.
