   I went into the shop today to buy some loose satsumas. I chose not to use a plastic bag because I’m trying to reduce waste, and I’ve never had an issue doing this elsewhere. At the till, the staff member , a man with dark short hair and glasses made a condescending remark, saying “that’s what the bags are for,” even though I politely said I didn’t need one and offered to get one if necessary. He seemed annoyed that he had to weigh the satsumas without a bag, which honestly only takes a few seconds. His tone was unnecessarily rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The lady next to him even looked surprised by his behaviour. I am truly disappointed by the customer care offered .

   Very rude service that doesn't care about customers, and zero professionalism as a salesperson. I definitely won't be going back. The worst Polish store in Bristol.

   On 16th April at approximately 16:45, I visited the grocery store to pick up a few items. As I approached the counter and followed the queue, another customer deliberately jumped ahead, ignoring the queue and my presence. I politely reminded the customer to respect the queue. However, instead of addressing the situation appropriately, the staff member at the counter intervened in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Without fully understanding what had happened, He insisted it was not my turn and continued to argue with me, showing no professionalism or customer service skills. What was more disappointing was being told to “go out” — a completely unacceptable response. I have lived in this neighbourhood for over a decade, and it’s clear that customer service standards have declined under the current management compared to the previous team, who were respectful and welcoming. There is more European shops further down, so you're not first and last choice. As a regular customer, I will not let this incident go unaddressed. I intend to report this matter to the responsible authorities and the local council under consumer rights, as such behaviour is not acceptable in our community.

   Bought spoiled food many times. Food visibly spoiled on shelves. Prices going up every week, £6 for a coke? They close whenever they feel like so too, don’t go there after 10pm. Very rude staff, I really do not recommend going anywhere near this “shop”. Should be lower than 1 star. girls clearly don’t wanna be there, the guy at the till see like he wants to kill somebody and will always be rude.

   Great Polish supermarket. Lovely selection of sausages and ham etc. Great daily selection of cakes which are great value for money too, perfect if you need to grab a few bits without having to go to a massive supermarket!

   Good supply of products, especially fresh sausages and hams. Aisles are crammed up, young staff are terrible - you have a feeling they are doing you a favour serving you. And during the pandemic hardly anyone wore a mask. The Turkish guy (owner) is friendly though. There is much potential to make it a great shopping experience but the effort is not made at all!
