   I was this morning to buy some redbull like every other morning and the blond shorthair lady asking me all the time for my ID and tell me i look 16 years old well i m 29 and I understand its the policy but not every god them time and tell me she don’t remember me. Why is this ? Because you have hundreds of pp everyday ? I understand that aswell but 1 person comes for 6 months to buy redbull i think you remember your costumer. I think is about race or something cus its only me and only that women asking me. I can’t lose my time to go every time to grab my ID ITS RIDICULOUS I M TIRED OF HER ASKING ME AND THINK ALL THE TIME OHH I NEED MY ID OHH DONT NEED TO FORGET MY ID. Mam you are worst then police!!!!!

   Visited this store this morning to use the EVRI parcel service. Never used this before but was helped by an assistant who really went above and beyond to sort everything for me. Didn't spot a name-tag but she was fair haired and the only assistant around at the time.

   Fairly adequate express store in terms of product availability. Aisles are far too narrow with boxes of products everywhere - a poor gentleman in a wheelchair got stuck in multiple places, and the checkouts were so high he couldn't reach to pay himself without assistance. Though the entrance may be accessible, the rest of the store is not.

   Shopped in there this afternoon. Another customer entered the store not wearing a face mask.When I alerted a member of staff she said she was unable to do anything about it but I as a customer could. This is not correct by my understanding of the law as is currently stands. Staff turn a blind eye to the current Covid 19 guidelines and the legal requirements. You have to make a judgement before you enter the store on how safe it is to shop. Very unsatisfacory.

   I've tried to buy a lof of bread which says 1.25 on shelfs and when i went to till she charged me 1.70 and when i asked why is that? She said..well. they are 1.70 and i said but why it says 1.25 on shelfs and she said well it's 1.70 you want to take it or not it's up to you.. so she just put 0.50p to her pocket from my pocket and just think how many 0.50p they putting in there pockets everyday?!!
