Staff are always very helpful and polite to all customers. Pity the store is very small but the staff keep it well stocked and as tidy as possible, it is always busy. Kerry was very helpful today when I was deciding whether to use self service or use a human being.
Just went in there to buy food, a younger girl at the till was buying alcohol and showed ID. I was then asked to show ID even though I have no form of relationships with this woman. Completely ridiculous as she was denied buying her drinks as I had no ID to show. Rude and completely ridiculous. I understand if we had been together. But as we where not just unnecessary.
Easy for a quick trip to the shop for bread or milk, everything else is severely overpriced which is expected for an express. Parking can be an absolute nightmare at peak times, with there not being enough parking spaces people tend to tuck themselves wherever they can which blocks others in.
Had a great experience here with the staff who were helpful when I got lost driving after my phone died. Especially the one (sorry didn’t get name) that went above and beyond to print out google maps so that I could get back safely! Excellent customer service. My only slight criticism is they could stock more Apple charging cables.

Nice staff, cool little shop
From lady behind the counter I've heard once about deals you can get when you have a club card so I wanted to earn my points on those shopping. Imagine my disappointment when I realised that I can't, because there is no reception on my mobile or WiFi to connect to download the Tesco app (plastic cards aren't eco so fair play for withdrawing them from use). I went to home repeating to myself to not forget to download the app and make an account. Today I'm by the self-checkout exited pulling out my phone, going through the app from home to the end finding only link to the club card app... I thought I will explode there... Why would you need separate app just for a card? Another shopping without card - what a waste. Burry in mind that I like the shop, but if you make discount for app users it wouldn't harm to have a WiFi hotspot or just make sure there is cell phone reception
Fab store with a ATM outside. All the essentials you need, whether its milk, sandwich for work tomorrow or pizza for the kids tea tonight! Friendly staff, always stocking the shelves. Good variety. Good offers. Also 2 self scan tills so no waiting in the queue.
