    I had the misfortune to use this store today and frankly the service I received was appalling.im disabled and don’t get out much so I managed to do some shopping which was fine. I asked the cashier to give me 2 x £5.00 notes for a £10.00 note I was told we don’t do that .I ran a newsagents post office and general stores for many years if I treated my customers like that I would not have had any customers let alone a successful business . Trying to talk to someone is impossible SHAME ON YOU TESCO. I will be staying with SAINSBURYS where they value their customers.

    My recent experience at Tesco left me utterly dismayed. While waiting in line at the checkout, I witnessed appalling treatment of an elderly lady by the staff. The cashier's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional in handling the situation. It's imperative that staff maintain composure and respect towards all customers, regardless of any stressful circumstances. Tesco must make significant improvements in this area to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and valued during their shopping experience."

    As to be expected from a small local Tesco, the range in here is always fantastic for a store of its size. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and it's a go-to stop before any day out for me. The meal deal selection in this particular branch seems to always be better, thanks to its slightly more remote location in comparison to the other express stores in the town, making it a good place to go out of the way and get the meal deal combination you actually want rather than needing to settle for the scraps left behind by college students on Frome Road, or the post-4pm Sunday rush mess at the one nearer to the Extra store.
