   I had a panic attack today. The store was busy, which is expected this time of year. The store Manager 'Amy' could see I was in difficulty, and talked me thru my panic. It's good to know, Tescos employ people with Mental Health First Aid. Thank you Amy for you attentive care.

   Benchmark supermarket 2025. It has sufficient groceries for people who like to eat healthily and also those who eat reasonably unhealthily too. Rich, poor, fat, thin, all can satiate their appetites. Friendly staff, clean shop, good stuff.

   Tonight we went to Tesco, Keynsham around 8p.m. to get lottery ticket. There were 2 ladies in the corner and just giggling and we had to wait to be served. Surely whatever they're laughing about, one of them could at least serve us. It is not a very good customer service.

   I became unwell in Tesco today. The young lady in the 'Mobile' section went out of her way to assist me, sitting me down, getting me water out of her own pocket and sat down with me until I was ready to go...Big shout out to her, I'm so grateful for your help and consideration.

   There are hardly any staff on the checkouts at peak times. Only two tills were open. The queues were 5 trollies deep on each till. Staff are frustrated, supervisors and managers just don't care. Shelves are still half empty and store management do not seem to be taking any action to improve stock availability.

   I had an experience, I arrived at the Tescos buzzing, just high of life and then I made eye contact with a young man who turned out to be the manager, I had never felt this way before, he then swept me of my feet and showed me all the discounts available and how to get them ;) p.s. its meant to be 5 stars but dyslexic

   Very limited parking. The click and collect was so slow that it would have been quicker to have done the shop myself.

   Not good. I left a pack.of pens on the self checkout til (my fault) but took me half an hour to get through to a call centre, they had to phone the store and don't think they even checked if they were there.

   I am really dissapointed. I have been a regular customer here for over 4 years, but from now on I will think twice. I was going to buy a scratch card as I always do after my weekly shopping. This old lady ( blond with long hair) was rude, unprofessional and even rasist. She said that she won't serve me as I don't look old enough to buy a scratch card. She said this in a very high pitch voice, and a very disgusted face, while chewing gum at every word that she said. Although I am 31 and unfortunately I do look like my age, I left without a word. I thought to myself that she was exaggerating as I only asked for a scatch card not cigarettes or alcohol, and I look old enough to have a young teenager myself. As I was with my mother, I have told her the situation, and she said that she would buy one for herself and one for me. The same cashier pretended not to understand my mother's accent, even after she repeated herself like 3 times, then she said that she won't serve her anyway as apparently my mother confirmed to her that she was going to buy the scratch cards for me. She literally lied and put words in my mother's mouth as she clearly didn't like us for having a foreign accent. First she couldn't understand her and after she understood that she had confirmed to her that she was buying thr ticket for me. Hilarious! I thought that racism doesn't exist anymore. I have never thought that I will encounter such situation in my area. Tesco should not accept such behaviour. I would honestly fire this lady as her behaviour is disgusting. She wasn't showing any sign of professionalism. From now on I will choose a different store that have nicer staff. Literally if you go to the local Sainsburys, staff is always smiling and very helpful. That maked a huge difference.
