    Young guy working, approached my friend and told him not to touch a bag of chocolate, when he picked it up and put it back, my friend just wanted to look at the calories, in order to do that, he would’ve had to pick up the product. This is no way to treat customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

    The cashier was really rude and scolded me because I took a picture of my friends in his store. Don't go to that store even if it's the end of the world.

    Please do not shop here. They are very creepy, have done awful things to customers, are very unkind to homeless and mentally ill people. Entering this shop can turn into a dangerous situation for anyone but especially women. They once exploited a mentally ill, homeless man by filming and posting vile videos of him on Instagram, laughing at him. Terrible people, I've been told of multiple dangerous, creepy and bad experiences there from others. Even if you don't care about any of that, they are overpriced and there are cheaper offies round the corner in St Paul's or other shops higher up Cheltenham Rd.

    Avoid! Very rude staff … look at you with suspicious attitude before you’ve done anything wrong … not that I intended to … also very arrogant and full of hostility towards all customers . Poor communication on their part as they can’t understand or respond to simple requests like ‘can I get a bag’ etc … look at them with confusion or shock and they just respond with more hostility … lol … I wasn’t aware before but check the review about over charging! …. In conclusion this place is open 24/7 and they’re used to getting local drunks , drug addicts and students pop in at all hours which only gives them massive opportunity to take advantage of people when not in the right state of mind … I went in sober …. And made these observations … after all they’re here to make money … but you decide whether you want to shop here ….
