   Lots of amazing far east products, I love to buy Japanese kitkats, Chinese pichachu lollies or bomba tea for my daughter. Sometimes I buy gyoza and other products as well. Also Kind and helpful staff.

   Konbini in Emersons Green is an absolute gem of a shop, especially if you’re a fan of Oriental products or just enjoy exploring unique foods and drinks. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere packed with an incredible variety of items. They’ve curated an impressive selection of products from China, ranging from specialty spices to frozen goods that you won’t find easily elsewhere. It’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time browsing the shelves, discovering new things to try. What really stood out to me was the free promotion they were running when I visited. They were offering food tasters, and I had the chance to try a rice ball pudding that was absolutely delicious—sweet, satisfying, and a wonderful introduction to the kind of unique treats they stock. It’s these little touches that make the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Another highlight is the bubble tea and ice cream counter tucked away in the store. It’s a lovely addition that adds to the overall charm of the shop. Whether you’re craving a refreshing drink or a cool dessert, it’s the perfect spot to take a break after shopping. I also picked up a Yeo’s lychee drink, which you can see in the picture below. It was nice—refreshing with a strong lychee flavor—but a little too sweet for my taste. That said, it’s still worth a try if you enjoy lychee. Overall, Konbini is a fantastic little store with so much to offer. Whether you’re coming for the snacks, spices, frozen goods, or just a good bubble tea, there’s something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back again soon to explore more of their offerings. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

   My favourite Asian supermarket in Bristol. Great choice of frozen and packaged foods. Particularly good choice of fresh buns and pancakes! I also love that some of their products they sell as singles or have as hot food cooked in store so I can try them before buying a big packet!
