   I had a very bad experience with this shop. On 12th September, I dropped off 4 parcels, but they went missing. I spoke with the manager and asked him to check the “collection parcel tray” or other places, as I suspected the staff might have put my parcels in the wrong tray. If they were placed in the collection tray instead of the drop-off tray, they would be mixed with parcels waiting for customers to collect. Unfortunately, the manager refused to help and was very unhelpful, insisting that all parcels had already been sent out. However, after two weeks, on 25th September, suddenly one of my parcels appeared in the shop! The driver collected it today after 2 weeks!! This proves exactly what I said – they clearly misplaced my parcels. But now only one has shown up, and the other three are still missing. This is unacceptable service. Losing four parcels, refusing to check properly, and then having one parcel randomly show up two weeks later is beyond unprofessional. I am very disappointed.

   Seems the students they employ to stock the shelves are not totally aware of stock rotation... 3 times now I've unfortunately bought food 1 day out of date, witch I've put in the fridge for 2 to 3 days only to discover it was out of date when I purchased it. When I visit there always seems to be a lot of staff chatting and congregating at the rear off the store??

   Smaller shop but has a great selection of veg and fruit, meat, vegetarian, cooked meat, cheese and yogurts, ready meals, tinned food, snacks chocolate, biscuits and sweets, meal deals, large range of wine and beer etc, bread, cakes, bagels etc, tinned food and tea & coffee, magazines and birthday cards, homeware section with cleaning products, pet food, baby food, aspirin, paracetamol, toothpaste and toothbrushes etc. Gluten free food area, a few freezers of frozen food inc peas, pizza, cod, ice cream, frozen fruit, pies, breaded chicken, chips, potato wedges etc. Behing the tills there is a range of cigarettes, batteries, etc and spirits so Vodka, whisky etc.

   Good store but think its appalling how they only sell branded stuff and not their own brands... they only sell red bulls and not their own version anymore... think it does needs to be looked at...

   Well stocked store and friendly staff. I use this store daily, however I do find the security guard very intimidating when I go into the store, I appreciate he has a job to do but it would be nice to not be followed everywhere without any kind of reasoning for this

   Conveniently located with large free car parking on site. The store offers a good selection of Tesco products at competitive prices. The staff are professional and helpful even when the store is busy at peak times. Cash machine available outside the store.
