I am very impressed with Sainsbury’s store manager Cassie who really stood by Sainsbury’s values of quality, value, service and accessibility. This company pride themselves on this and I felt like a valued customer. It really is rare to experience customer service at such a high level! I am extremely thankful for my experience in today’s store and highly grateful for all help offered.

Very well located. There’s a petrol station next door and a large, convenient car park. Plus, there’s an Argos inside. A big supermarket offering everything you might need. Today I was looking for Classic Rock magazine and a good quality sourdough bread — found them both. The store is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the self-checkout tills work quickly. Big plus!!!

So much fun trying to use the self service checkouts when it takes 4 minutes for someone to either stop chatting or stop staring into space gormlessly and help every time the sensor doesn't pick an item up despite the store being quiet. Must be be easier to rob fort Knox than to try and get a precious carrier bag from the grips of a staff member. Do you want me to actually buy stuff or feel like a criminal if I forget my bags? I have better things to do than wait 30 minutes to scan my own shopping because the staff can't be bothered to help. If I'm being forced to do my own checkout fix the machines or get your stuff staff to actually help

The aisles are neatly organized and items are easily spotted, great work staffs Also, the African, Caribbean (foreign) aisle is a great addition to the store! Love it.

Poor availability promotion ends and floor stacks are unappealing and scruffy.staff everywhere with cages and stock blocking aisles. Nothing inspiring not a pleasant shopping trip at all.

The hot counter is getting a bit sparse and stingy with the whole chickens looking more like quail these days and the cost has gone up. As that's what I go in for......3 stars max.

A large Sainsbury's store, seemed well laid out. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They had 2 collection points for South and East Bristol Foodbank there too, which was great to see they support the local foodbanks!

A very big Sainsbury, much bigger than the small stores nearby the gas stations. To any end, in here I was able to find the LIGHT Ginger Beer. It is very difficult to find this drink over Bristol, and it was available in here. Happy I've manage to grab it.

Minimal fresh bakery products available after midday. Empty shelves, low quality fresh produce. Like soviet Russia minus the tanks. Putin would love it! 1 star for the useful Argos branch.
