A checkout operator told me your lease expires February 2026. As a regular shopper I just wanted to say thank you to the staff with my very best wishes. It's been great being able to buy much of what I need under one local roof
My partner and I shopped here. Sadly, all 3 items that we try to put through the till was priced differently and more expensive than the displayed price on the shelf.
Decent range of products. My main issue is that tills are often left unmanned and you have to search around for someone to serve you.
The only supermarket and proper shop left in Broadwalk. Well stocked shop with plenty of usual Iceland offers. Staff are always friendly.
Great products, friendly staff and rapid check outs. Very pleased.
Overall experience is not great. Some staff are quite patronizing and how they approach customer's even the body language of security guard. Only one person serving at the till when you have a queue of 6 people when you have 3 staff members stood around a fridge when they could help their staff college . I personally feel staff customer training update should be provided for the staff on how to approach people and talk to them. I will not be shopping in this branch again
I love the sausages there I've tried lots of cheap and expensive different brands but Iceland is the best get their own brand ummm
Great prices for good quality food, don't shy away because it seems cheap or too good to be true. The only issue I have, which can also be seen as a strong point, is how often they're sold out of my personal favourites.
Just keeps getting worse food may be cheap but getting it delivered is risky. Food left at front of store far too long, staff do what they feel like and Head Office don't give a hoot, despite having reported several times that boxes, stock and crates left on floor to cause trip injury hazards
