   Very happy with my experience. It's much better than the 'spoons by the Premier Inn and Huntsman pub down the road. At least you can buy food which is edible.

   Never send your parcel here. They don't have any system whatsoever. No one is available to get the parcel. They message a black hole at the back of the shop that takes your details and the immediately forgets it. You then wait for 10 mins and ask again as patience starts to wear thin. Nothing happens so you wander around the store to speak to the staff that are chatting and ask if they could actually work. They then disappear for 10 mins and finally it arrives. If the parcel was coming from within 20 miles it would probably easier to just drive and get it. What's worse is they look at you like you are the problem here. I'm sure they don't care about this but I also buy £30 of petrol a week from them. Which I now get from Sainsbury's. So that's £1500 a year taken elsewhere.

   The items prices there are absolutely rip off. Do not order anything for collection there! They gave me the wrong parcel (that belong to somebody else) so I came back they were so determined they gave me the right parcel. Even though I showed them my ID name and the parcel name were different. Thinking it was just a one off mistake, I ordered something for collection there again but then I had a notification saying somebody has collected it. So clearly they have made the same mistake to everybody else - they gave my parcel to somebody else!! What a joke. Rude people too.

   I went to the subway earlier today and the service was appalling. The person I had serving me was so rude and didn’t speak a single word to me, not a hello or what i wanted or anything. I didn’t even bother saying thank you as i was so polite and i got nothing back and he looked so moody and like he didn’t want to be there. Don’t take the job if you don’t like customer service!

   AWFUL! would not recommend I was verbally abused by a member of staff because of my age when trying to buy a steak bake! She asked me if I wanted an extra steak bake as she said I looked like I needed it, I am only 16 years old and have been bullied all throughout school, I have a medical issue and have been overweight since a baby, this cause me a panic attack today and when crying she told me I need it leave and am banned! this has lowered my confidence HUGELY so I wouldn’t recommend this place!. Many thanks. And the guy didn’t know maths!

   Honestly it’s amazing. Loads of slushies, American food and drinks, freal milkshakes, the best subway I’ve ever been too, a fresh orange juice machine and so much more. My favourite place to go

   Member of staff seemed to think it was my problem that Amazon hadn’t sent any parcel bags! Acted like she was doing me a favour when she was doing what I had requested! Patronising and speaking over me when I was trying to explain. Very bad service and this is not the first time!

   This Budgens is a pick up and drop off point for Hermes Parcels. Hermes mucked up big time which cost me almost 3 times what it would normally do to send a parcel but it would have been a lot more if the staff and management weren’t so helpful, friendly and understanding. I can not recommend this store or it’s staff highly enough and I just wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
