The selection of food is good although some prices are cheaper in other local supermarkets. I had a long wait at the till, as only one was open. I asked if they could open another till which they eventually did. There was a queue of ten people waiting to be served. Not good service Iceland.
Just popped in for sugary drinks for a diabetic that was having a low 5 minutes before they were closing. The cashier Omar was so helpful he deserves 5 stars and he saved the day also the other 3 male staff members including manager were all great and helpful. But Omar you avoided what could have been a difficult situation by.being kind and helpful and considerate an asset to the company 10 stars
Came here after cinema at 8:50pm and they told me they won’t let me in because they’re ‘closed’ yet I saw people still shopping. 2 workers just stood by the door chatting rather than working. This place really needs some TLC.

The warehouse is a lot better then the smaller stores as you can get more items in here is bulk which are about the same prices as Costco
Overall, this is the best supermarket brand in the UK indeed. He you will find the majority of frozen stuff and fair prices. Strongly recommended for the REDUCED, as well as the accumulated points you can eventually exchange for amazing prices in case you have their benefits / points card.
Great foods with good prices. Big plate special plus burger meal and regular bacon and cheese wrapped chicken with 3 drinks less than £41.
Very clean, well stocked, staff are very polite even down to the security guy who will also help you to car with your shopping
