Surprised to see such low rated reviews. I worked for this company as a cycle courier (MANY) years ago and I was treated very fairly as were all the cycle couriers from what I could tell. Albeit many years ago I doubt their core manner of operation has changed.
I used to work for them as a motorbike courier when I had my accident and became paraplegic in a wheelchair for life but didn't get a penny from them because on the contract they put me as a third part worker because they know how to let people be when they need the most

I used to cycle courier for them. I dropped my GPS computer and while they claimed for it on their insurance they also docked a week's salary for it - I.e. actively profited from the incident... I'm glad to no longer be a part of the gig economy and feel for those who are. But most of all, we should not support its perpetrators in government or business.

Worse courier company ever. Rude staff. always late.
Churchill Express have the worst customer service, they are always late, hardly ever are faithful to the ETA that they give. The lady that takes the booking is rude, she takes bookings hastily and has no customer service skills when she talks to customers. Bad courier service.
