   The rep at the front, think his name is Akash, hasn't got a clue about customer services and his time is always more precious that yours. Such a time waster. I waited almost 10minutes for him to turn up when I went to collect my parcel. He's come back, taken my ID then started to act busy and then proceeded to scribble / draw (goodness knows what) with me standing right in front of him! Shocking. This isnt the first time as well.

   Very disappointing! I tried to get some table numbers printed here (5 A6 double-sided pieces), but the guy (I think his name was Akash) didn't seem to know how to achieve this. I made some suggestions but in the end gave up. Also printed 40 double-sided pieces of standard cheap paper and was charged £40. This feels extremely expensive considering the fact I could have bought a printer and paper for £40. It would have felt more reasonable if the quality or customer service had felt worth it. Akash was very friendly, but he also made no attempt to do his work efficiently. After being there for over half an hour (with no other customers), I said I had to go in 10 minutes, but he didn't seem to try to speed up or suggest I come back later. He was also using the guillotine without using the ruler to make sure the lines were straight. Overall, I felt like I'd had no expert advice and, unfortunately, will not be returning if I can avoid it. For postage related things or generic printing, I think they're fine, but don't try doing anything creative here at all.

   Absolutely shocking customer service. The men working there are rude and totally disinterested in helping you. As you enter, before you get the chance to ask them a question, they tell You that they can’t send your package, you have to go to the post office down the road. And there is no point advertising your opening hours on your shop Window if you don’t actually abide by them
