   Awful staff. Pale woman late 50s with red hair and glasses very rude as is a young skinny lad. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Would rather go yo lidl over the road which is cheaper snd staff friendlier

   Since the change around I feel the store has less space. Post office is a pain if there is a queue. Staff not the friendliest especially post office staff!! Would rather go to Warmley branch a bit further down. They have ruined this store

   Very friendly staff and good range of health products, including herbal teas and small gluten-free section. Haven't rushed me around like they used to for a while, which is good! I was sorry to hear one of the staff has had a serious bike accident and hope he is now on the mend. A few years back I came over light-headed at the cashpoint outside. Tescos staff were very kind and looked after my bag for me till I felt well enough to go on my way. One member of staff who was just going off duty even offered to walk home with me to make sure I was alright but I was going in the opposite direction. They were so sweet I sent them a thank you card.

   One of the best Tesco Express stores i have used. The store itself is not really any different from any other but most popular items are usually in stock. Most staff are usually polite, friendly and helpful. They even have staff on the checkout most of the time unlike a lot of other Tesco Express branches. A shame they seem to discontinue certain lines including Tesco own brand products for no apparent reason and some products have shot up in price recently but this may be out of the stores control.

   Great store. The morning shift staff are brilliant, can't fault them at all. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The night shift though including the security guard really let the store down. Perhaps the morning shift teams can teach the night shift teams customer service skills?
