   Yodel machine never ever working. Staff don’t seem bothered. On the rare occasion it has worked, they lost one of my parcels for over a week and lied about it. Basically just go to another Yodel drop off because this store is useless.

   lady on the till is very rude. Dont know why. But definatley comes across as unhelpful. She nearly always places the receipt on the counter and never hands it you. Wow!!! learn some manners

   On the positive, their systems usually work fine. Seems like the IT part is done ok. On the negative side, they don't take Yodel parcels with a side bigger than 30cm. Just 'cause. Also, their signage is set up in a way that it obscures incoming traffic when you try to leave the place.

   The night worker tried to charge me £45 for a pouch of tobacco. He had turned the screen away from me and then manually entered the price. I then asked if they had anything cheaper, he said they had no 30g pouches and no cheaper options. Avoid avoid avoid.

   Absolutely the rudest in this shop. So unhelpful when picking up Yodel parcels. The lady at the till is unbelievably rude. Do not recommend at all and I am now routing all my parcels elsewhere

   Always overpriced and rude. They dropped the money I gave and then claimed I underpaid. Thieves. Overcharged on countless occasions. Make prices up as they go.
