   This is a good local Sainsbury’s – a well-stocked store where you can find pretty much everything you need for everyday shopping. The layout makes it easy to find things, and the shelves are usually full so nothing important is missing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the whole shopping experience nicer. A reliable place to shop if you’re in the area.

   Staff are amazing, so helpful. It’s not an easy store to work at, lots of theft and difficult homeless people causing trouble, but the employees always have a smile for us regular shoppers

   I did a quick on the app smart shop in this place. There should be a person to check this near the gate but he wasn’t there. But after the confirmation page has vanished, the person in the cash counter which was away from me gets a doubt on me, (may be because of my colour). He insists to see the page, I had to open my bank account app to show him my payment. There was no clear way that I could have got a physical copy of my purchase receipt. Strange experience for me for the first time In Sainsbury’s.

   Came in for a meal deal and it's great that a costa is now included for the price. Plenty of self checkouts available meaning no large queues. Good product availability and does what it says on the tin.

   This is a mini mart, a small shop. It has very limited stock and choice. It has a Costa coffee machine, fresh fruit, a few different ready meals, tinned goods, biscuits, etc. For a city center location, it's not too bad. You pay a little more here than a large Sainsbury's supermarket, but that's convenience for you! It is what it is! A small selection of goods, in the middle of a large city.

   Payed cash on the self service and I've forgot to take the change. Came back after 10 minutes with proof of my purchase and the manager explained me that someone else took my cash and "unfortunately this is the world we live in". It's my responsibility to take back the change but its your employee's to prevent theft from the shop.
